I welcome referral and association in matters within my particular areas of expertise.
LOCAL COUNSEL
I regularly serve as Washington counsel in complex national and international litigation, and in other matters where a client chooses to hire national counsel. My hourly rates are attractive.
I am willing to take either a primary or secondary role. Please be aware that it is my professional duty to exercise independent judgment and to be actively involved in counseling national counsel and the client on matters of local law and practice.
SHARED FEES
I encourage the discussion of shared fee arrangements in contingency cases and otherwise. All fee-sharing agreements must be in writing and fair to both the lawyers and their clients in accordance with the Washington Rules of Professional Responsibility.
